Shipping Information

We will ship your order quickly and dependably. Together with DHL we make sure you can enjoy your order within 3 - 4 business days from receipt of the order. To make sure nothing brakes during it's journey to your house, we use a high-quality packaging that was developed especially to avoid glass breakage.

Within Germany we ship for:

• 1 - 7 bottles — 12 €

• 12 bottles —  10 €

• 8 - 17 bottles —  15 €

• 18 bottles — 10 €

• 19 - 36 bottles — 20 €

• 37 bottles or more — feel free to get in touch for a personalized offer.

If you would like a delivery to Austria, BeneLux, Denmark or Switzerland it will be:

• 1 - 12 bottles — 10 €

• 13 - 18 —  20 €

• 19 - 36 —  25 €

Please contact us if you would like your wine to be shipped to any other country within Europe. We will gladly find a way to make it possible.

If you would like to order more than 36 bottles, please contact us directly and we will arrange specific transportation for you.

Easy Returns & Exchanges

We are committed to absolute customer satisfaction! If there is any problem with your order, we want to hear about it. If you receive a bad bottle, simply put the cork back in the bottle and contact us. We will send out a replacement shipment to you right away.
